Hans Brieden an ALCOS employee benefit consultant will be speaking to members of the American Society of Employers about creating a successful wellness worksite program.

Today's knowledgeable employers understand that one of the keys to health care cost containment is to promote employee wellness programs designed to improve and maintain health. Studies show that wellness programs not only reduce health care expenses, but also decrease other areas of cost including absenteeism.
But just ‘offering a program’ is not enough, nor can the responsibility for the health and welfare of your employees be transferred to a Third party. Employers must invest in changing the culture within the organization if wellness is to have a lasting effect with employees.
This course is designed to assist employers in creating a long-term change in the corporate way of life. Wellness 123 will be your guide to help you think of wellness as a Strategy, to develop a comprehensive plan and to measure the value of your program.
