Job Purpose:


Make outbound Business-to-Business (B2B) telemarketing calls to generate employee benefits leads/appointments for employee benefits sales staff.


Duties:

  • Making cold calls from a company-provided list to persuade customers to set appointments for a meeting with employee benefits sales staff to discuss the company’s current benefit needs/offerings.
  • Follow up as necessary after initial phone call to develop lead and schedule appointment.
