ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• With Sales Consultant: performs pre-renewal strategy meetings for client benefit administrators; consulting and advising on insurance plan options.
• Coordinates day-to-day activities of a sales support team.
• Review insurance contracts.
• Oversees the seamless transfer of client coverage from client/carrier/administrator.
• Develops agenda and presentation for delivering employee open enrollment meetings.
• Analyzes client case data and delivers periodic benefit reports; consulting and advising on results.
• Facilitates the resolution of claims/billing and other administration issues that arise.
